Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire thirty (30) days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AYLOS) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.


Return of Goods

You shall send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than thirty (30) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of thirty (30) days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Exclusion or Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer (customized products);

  • For the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

  • For the supply of vouchers/gift cards.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If an item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After review, a replacement or a full refund will be provided.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, the returned goods, or proof of shipment (whichever occurs first).
