1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Germany

  • Austria

  • Switzerland

  • Other European Union countries (where applicable)

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • 🇩🇪 Germany: 14-28 business days

  • 🇦🇹 Austria: 14-28 business days

  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland: 14-28 business days

  • 🇪🇺 European Union: 14-28 business days

In exceptional circumstances, delays may occur due to high demand, logistical constraints, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 2 to 5 days to update after shipment.

6. Customs and Import Fees

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs charges apply.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Delays

AYLOS is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including:

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Natural events

  • Strikes

  • Carrier-related logistical issues

8. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct.

AYLOS is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping details.
